About Amy Hedger

I have 16 years’ experience working in both the private and charity sectors. Over this time, I have demonstrated that I am self-disciplined and self-motivated. Particularly in the past 4 years as a remote worker. I am naturally curious and am eager to learn from the people I design for. As such I am a dedicated listener and a constant note scribbler! I like to capture the detail when talking with users and stakeholders to ensure all voices are heard. I have worked in multi-disciplinary teams, with user researchers, designers, and developers. Working closely with user research has enabled me to create meaningful experiences where designs are led by data. I have also worked in and alongside technical teams. Therefore, I have a solid understanding of front-end development principles and processes. This is rewarding as I enjoy bridging the gap between design and implementation. I strive to create user-friendly products and services, balancing user needs and business goals. My aim is always to improve user satisfaction, and ultimately make a difference.
