Amy Hirtle is an accomplished Senior Change Management Consultant with over 11 years of experience leading complex, cross-sectional transformation initiatives in government and the private sector. A Certified Master Change Management Professional (MCMP™), Amy brings a strategic yet people-centered approach to guiding organizations through digital innovation, business process improvement, and operational change. Amy has led successful change initiatives across a wide variety of domains including cybersecurity, healthcare, social development, and public service modernization. Her career includes pivotal roles with organizations such as Mariner Innovations, the Government of New Brunswick, and Service Nova Scotia. She has consistently driven impactful outcomes through thoughtful stakeholder engagement, tailored communications strategies, and alignment of project goals with broader organizational objectives. Known for her collaborative leadership and sharp analytical skills, Amy is adept at translating complex challenges into actionable plans. She has authored and executed numerous Change Management, Communications, and Stakeholder Engagement Strategies, and is highly experiencing in training delivery, change impact assessments, and performance measurement.
