I am an Offering Development Senior Principal focused on Health Operations (Business Process Services). I have 20 years of experience in Accenture's Health practice, and 10 years of experience supporting Accenture's Health Business Process Services. Accenture's Health Operations business includes more than 13k+ professionals across the Philippines, India serving more than 20 clients. We support healthcare operations for 8 of the top 10 health insurers, which means that we support more than 40% of commercially insured Americans! We support health plans with everything from enrollment, claims processing, provider directory updates and reviewing requests for medical necessity. I work across our client delivery teams as we partner with clients on the journey to future-ready operations. I make sure that teams are using the latest assets, leading practices and best thinking from across Accenture to drive value for our clients. My favorite part of my role is that I get to work with our Delivery teams to highlight our incredible value stories to showcase for sales opportunities. I also work with our Sales and Solution teams as we customize our capabilities to build compelling value propositions for new clients. I have an MBA from Duke University with a concentration in Health Sector Management, and am passionate about improving the efficiency of healthcare in the US and beyond.
