About Amy Holt

Amy Holt is a native of Georgia and alumni of Auburn University and Georgia State University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis on Marketing. Upon graduation Amy entered Corporate America. After spending several years sharpening her marketing skills through hands on experience she entered the field of real estate. Amy has experience with traditional home sales, first-time home buyers, equestrian estates, short sales and investment purchases, including transactions with trust accounts. Her knowledge and enthusiasm will ensure that clients have positive buying and selling experiences. Amy has a passion for getting to know her clients personally and providing them with expert advice in today’s real estate market. She will focus on her client’s requests and work with them throughout the entire process. Amy values the importance of communication and knows that it is key to solid client relationships. Buying or selling a home is a big undertaking that comes with many decisions to make and a multitude of paperwork. This can be daunting to both new and experienced buyers, but Amy is there to help! Amy is a member of the Cherokee Association of Realtors®, has a Certified Negotiations Expert designation, and is also trained to work successful short sales, closing over 40 homes in 2012. Amy Holt & Associates have helped many clients with the purchase or sale of their home and look to continue helping more friends and family reach their real estate goals. Amy’s interests also include architecture, horseback riding, working puzzles, spending time with husband & son (with another on the way), and friends, and cuddling her puppy D-O-G.
