Inspired by this concept, I am the Regional Director for Africa at the Management Recruitment Group. This includes expanding the MRG footprint across the African region as well as working with the existing Clients to ensure their Recruitment expectations are met and exceeded. Our focus is on placing high-performance candidates who possess the ability to shape desired cultures and drive business growth. My personal and professional philosophy is rooted in a "people-first" approach because I believe that relationships are always personal. On the note of being personal, I am a data-driven, detail-oriented individual with a genuine passion for connecting with others. My educational background includes a degree in Psychology, History, and Politics. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of conducting searches on a local and international scale, encompassing various industries and executive levels across regions such as the US, Asia, Middle East Africa, and South Africa. As a coffee lover, I believe that every great relationship begins over a cup of coffee. That's why sharing a cuppa, whether in person or virtually, is an integral part of my client onboarding process. Outside of work, I am a fitness enthusiast, an animal lover, and an avid fan of all things music-related. My support system consists of cherished family and friends who have always been by my side.
