With a successful record of planning, negotiating and executing meetings and events for international and domestic meetings, I am an Event Planning professional with extensive experience across the event life cycle for international and domestic organizations, including a rapidly growing technology company, an international leadership networking organization, a major US law firm with offices in 9 cities, and a consulting firm. Currently, I am Events and Marketing Manager for Safely, where I plan, implement and reconcile events, manage tradeshow strategy and ensure presence marketing for this rapidly growing company. I lead strategy for nearly 40 domestic and international trade shows and events and manage CEO-driven special projects. Previously, I was Senior Program Manager & Director of Local Programs with the Society of International Business Fellows (SIBF), a global network of 1,600+ executive peers. I planned and directed large and small meetings to ensure a positive attendee experience through attention to venue selection, registration management, space layouts, program marketing, onsite coordination and program timetables. I also have experience as a program manager for a consulting firm, where I managed all the details of up to 5 simultaneous trials across the US. I partnered with the project lead consultant and client to ensure understanding of the scope of work. Throughout my career, I have been recognized for my ability to create and execute strategic events to educate targets and grow business. I am a self-directed, highly organized and detail oriented professional with a strong record of meeting deadlines in high pressure, fast-moving situations.
