Aspiring people leader in Flowserve’s IGNITE rotational program — a three-year engineering leadership development initiative focused on building future site and functional leaders through hands-on experience across multiple locations and roles. I’ve completed rotations in Chesapeake, VA and Cookeville, TN, where I focused on project management, document control and delivery, manufacturing engineering, and applying LEAN principles. I’m now in my third rotation as a supervisor in Kalamazoo, MI, continuing to grow my leadership and operational skills. I’m passionate about learning the ins and outs of new systems, building efficient processes, creating long-term solutions—not stopgaps—and growing alongside the people I work with. “Be the leader you wish you had.”
