I pride myself on channeling my inner Rey to use the Force and my Jedi skills to find top tech talent. It's not always easy finding that "Unicorn,""Purple Squirrel," or even the "Giant Elusive Squid," but when I land that special person their dream job, it gives me great satisfaction. I'm a certified nerd with many interests and hobbies. I love studying new technologies and even did some basic development a very long time ago. Pair that with my long-time career in various social work positions and you have someone who brings humanity to recruiting. I will always read your profile (no, I don't mean just keywords) to find someone who takes the time to tell me their story too. It's all about relationship building all while offering consultation on careers and management, making meaningful connections, and never wasting anyone's time. What is most important to me in my life and career is that I can continue to learn and grow every day with the goal to be a better person than I was yesterday. I am so grateful for what life has thrown my way and can't wait to find out what comes next. Outside of all of the technology classes that I'm enrolled in to obtain certifications in various areas, looking for my own personal niche, I have many other ways to fill my time. Mostly, I love rock climbing, traveling, history, repairing historical items, am a rock/mineral collector, avid reader, and I have some musical talent (mostly singing, but I've played some instruments too)- I do have stage fright though, so very few people get to hear me sing.
