From admin apprentice to managing director, working on a variety of funded and commercial projects. Big believer in continual professional and personal development. Managing Director at CBP. Here, we support businesses across Lancashire and the Northwest through dedicated 121 support and group based peer support, with fellow likeminded business people. On an international level we work alongside the Home Office, supporting global entrepreneurship and innovation, bringing innovative, scalable and viable start up businesses to the UK. We subsequently provide ongoing support including business mentoring to ensure the success and scale up of those businesses. We have a team of over 200 business mentors that are specialists in all aspects of business, they have "been there and done it" and I'm proud to work with such inspiring people, every day. As a not for profit organisation we invest back into our company and various community projects including food distribution to families in need, environmental initiatives and upskill / train the hardest to reach. Our purpose, is to inspire, empower and nurture people and businesses, to remove barriers and make a positive change to their future- Business support, community impact -
