About Amy Koch

I am a highly professional, service-oriented individual with experience working in multidisciplinary environments involving direct contact with clients. I have provided customer service and resolved problems while building and maintaining credible relationships in a variety of industries including retail, education, fitness, long-term care, and government. Currently I work as a Human Resources Advisor where I serve as the first point of contact for managers and staff by providing advice and information to incoming requests. I research and interpret legislation, policies, and collective agreements, collaborate with corporate specialists, and refer clients to appropriate resources. I am accustomed to working with competing priorities and on-going change and am able to remain composed under pressure. I possess excellent organizational and communication skills. I have worked individually and as part of a team to implement solutions in different areas such as enhanced systems, emerging programs, and organizational transformation and have coordinated and lead a variety of workshops. I am enthusiastic, adaptable, and inquisitive and would love to connect if you have any questions about my experience. Amy
