About Amy Lista

Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology alumn from Penn State University with a minor in Psychological Sciences. A fourth-year undergraduate student at The Pennsylvania State University Berks College. Amy has a strong passion for health science, leadership, exercise, and body movement. Amy has demonstrated her interest in health science and leadership, through her experience volunteering at the Reading Rehabilitation Hospital and internship experience at NovaCare Rehabilitation and Berks Hand Therapy Center. Her previous alliance with the Cohen-Hammel Fellowship Program has helped her acquire new leadership skills and provided her guidance to new opportunities for conducting research with her fellow peers on campus. She has acquired many skills assisting her professors in conducting undergraduate research on the Biomechanics and Gait Analysis of Running with a stroller. With these skills, she presented her findings at the ASB East Meeting and ASB East Regional Conference in Tennessee in August 2023. Amy will be furthering her education at Alvernia University, where she will work towards obtaining her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy.
