EXPERIENCE: Underwriting market rate, affordable, LIHTC, and FHA, loans. Currently I am a Senior MAP underwriter for JLL, and underwrite FHA loans from engagement through closing. From 2013- 2016, I worked for the Greater MN Housing Fund, managing programs, originating and underwriting construction & permanent loans, worked on new programs and a start up equity fund. I was also responsible for asset management and collaborated with a variety of funders to preserve federally assisted and supportive housing. From 2011 - 2013, I worked for HUD overseeing 140 FHA insured projects from concept stage to closing totalling more than $1.1 Billion in loan proceeds. From 2001 to 2011 I worked for MN Housing- in a variety of roles to finance affordable housing. Reviews and interprets federal and state housing guidelines to ensure program compliance. Reviews applications, completes risk analysis, mortgage credit review, underwrites and recommends loan/grant,conditions for funding.
