As the Head of Global Product Training at Circana, a leading provider of cloud-based data and analytics solutions, I lead a global team of product training experts who design, develop, and deliver blended learning plans for Circana's diverse portfolio of products and solutions. I am motivated by Circana's mission to empower customers with actionable insights and help them achieve their goals. I bring a diverse perspective and experience to the team, having worked with clients across different industries, geographies, and cultures. In my current role, I am responsible for the development and execution of a next-generation global strategy for product training and sales enablement offerings that align with Circana's vision and values. I leverage my expertise in learning, customer insight, and account management to create and implement effective and engaging training programs that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. I also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including commercial leaders, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure that the product training and sales enablement offerings are relevant, timely, and consistent with Circana's brand and standards.
