As the Center Manager for Hopebridge, a leading provider of pediatric therapy for children with autism and developmental delays, I oversee the daily operations and quality of care for our patients and families. I have more than 10 years of management experience in the retail and healthcare sectors, with a focus on service standards and patient advocacy. My core competencies include human resources, budgeting, compliance, marketing, and customer relations. I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive environment for our staff, patients and partners. I have worked to recruit new employees as well as current employees for new roles within the company. I manage a monthly budget for a center of 60 employees as well as overseeing all compliance items. I also assist in the community to help with marketing and building customer relations. I have won many awards as a store manager in seeking to meet company metrics while complying with all policies. My goal as a manager is to strive to meet goals while maintaining a strong focus on centers needs to sustain a positive balance and culture to prosper the needs of the business.
