I am currently a student at Northumbria University studying MLaw. I have a wealth of experience in youth work and hospitality meaning I have many transferable skills. I am an aspiring solicitor seeking work experience and a training contract within the legal sector preferably in the North East region however I am open of travelling further a field. I have some legal experience through well-known firms such as Womble Bond Dickinson where I took part in a day of contract negotiating within teams. I am currently social secretary of the Grey's Law Society at Northumbria which is their biggest law society. I have a wealth of experience in volunteering for numerous charities such as the British Red Cross working with refugees which gained publicity through the BBC which is one example of my work as a passionate, driven individual with a deep interest of helping others and strongly believing in equality and fairness. I also have my advanced WestLaw certificate showing some experience in legal research and finding information.
