About Amy Miller
I have worked at CLC since 2009, and since I started at CLC I have had a wide range of experiences. I worked in the 24/7 Traveler Support Center from 2009-2017. In the TSC I managed large reservations for the maintenance crews with BNSF railroad. In 2017, I was promoted to Account Manager for BNSF Maintenance crews. Which consisted of managing the day to day needs of the customers, and hotels. In 2019, I was then moved to be the Account Manager for BNSF Train Yard & Engine folks. I recently was moved to a new position in 2021, to be a Custom Contract Negotiator, where I specifically work on the contracts between our larger specific customers and the hotels. In all of my positions here at CLC, they have all included maintaining relationships between our company, the hotel, and our mutual clients. Partnerships are everything to our customers, as well as to us. I love to solve problems, and figure things out with people. I am currently apart of a great team, and we are working hard to comeback from the Covid-19 pandemic.
