About Amy Mingasson

Amy Mingasson’s passion for New York City and its history, combined with a deep desire to help others, inspired her to pursue real estate. Amy grew up in rural Pennsylvania and initially got to know NYC through the pages of Architectural Digest, eventually visiting and exploring the city while her brother studied at Columbia University. Even at a young age, she saw the city’s potential for real estate growth and opportunity. Having spent 14 of her adult years living abroad in France, Amy is fluent in French and has accumulated a global network of connections. The experience also made her realize what makes New York City such a special place to live and work in, and she relishes in the opportunity to showcase the city she loves to the market. Her areas of specialty include Midtown, the Upper West Side, Downtown, and Brooklyn. Always curious, helpful, and persistent, Amy consistently impresses clients with her knowledge of the buildings she sells, from their history and architecture to their current board approval processes.
