About Amy Moffitt

I am an enterprising, authentic, forward thinking, driven thought leader who thrives in an emerging and innovative environment. I enjoy chaotic challenges, fresh perspectives, and creating and executing strategic initiatives. With over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, I’ve held roles and possess skills that include outbound sales in both retail and business banking, marketing and communications, managing sponsorships and lead generation campaigns, strategic thinking and implementation, peer development, public speaking, and managing teams. I am committed to leading through change, inspiring positive energy, shape visions, and learn continuously. I am a mentor and servant leader with a passion for my community, empowering women, and diversity in the workplace. I serve on First Horizon’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council, Chair the organization’s Military Community Associate Resource Group, and serve on the Women of Influence and Women's Initiative committees. I am also involved with multiple local non-profits and enjoy volunteering my time to give back to the beautiful Knoxville community. I have a strong passion for financial wellness and education. I frequently work with the University of Tennessee’s athletic department in helping students and student athletes understand personal finance, manage money and credit, along with additional financial education and professional development topics.
