What fuels me most is growth, my own and others. I have a deep passion for training, mentoring, and sharing knowledge in ways that stick. Whether I’m helping a new calltaker build confidence or developing resources that make protocol easier to understand, I aim to make learning feel both empowering and practical. I believe that great training doesn’t just transfer skills, it builds belief. I bring a strategic, cerebral approach to everything I do, constantly refining how I communicate, how I lead informally, and how I contribute to a team culture that values not just excellence, but humanity. I want my coworkers to feel supported; not just when the job demands it, but when life does. That means making space for connection, laughter, and showing up for each other in ways that matter.
