About Amy Nelson

I thrive designing solutions to provide valued added service for the team members and leaders of the credit union. I separate fact from emotion and make decisions using my head while delivering the message with heart. I adapt easily to any situation and am open to change.My passion is serving the HR needs of team members and leaders through service-oriented solutions. My extensive background working in the credit union movement, has taught me the importance of providing the best service experiences. Credit unions are founded on the motto “People helping people”. This motto has become second nature as I work with employees of the credit union, from the newest team member to the CEO.During my tenure in the credit union movement, I have been in the Human Resource department where my experience includes, talent management, payroll and benefits, recruiting, performance, and classification & compensation management for 800+ employees (representing 180 different jobs within the credit union) living in all 50 states. My passion is working on problems and designing more efficient solutions to provide valued added service to the team members and leaders of the credit union.
