About Amy Oldfield

I am business lead on the Cx Customer Portal which is live and in use. I also lead multiple Cx work streams from configuration, redesign, testing, training and deployment into the live environment. My roles are always customer centric, previously dealing with customers face to face, responding to customer feedback, considering the customer voice, designing an IVR creating the opportunity for customers to self serve through our telephony platform to now implementing a housing system specialising in CRM and leading on the Cx Customer Portal. Designing process maps from a user and customer experience perspective to add value to our offer. I’m qualified in lean Six Sigma, Yellow and Green belt I’ve also been a majorette for over 27 years and compete each week. I’m the vice principle of the troupe and committee member.
