About Amy Oxentenko
Having started at Mayo Clinic back in 1998 for my IM residency, chief residency and GI fellowship, I have been part of the Mayo Clinic faculty in Rochester ever since. I have previously served as the GI fellowship Program Director, later transitioning to the IM Residency Program Director, running one of the largest GME training programs in a single hospital setting in the US. I then served as Chair of the Department of Medicine for Mayo Clinic in Arizona before moving into my current role as Vice Dean of Practice for Mayo Clinic. Outside of this role, I also serve as Vice President of the American College of Gastroenterology and Vice Chair of the IM Review Committee for the ACGME.
