With over seven years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, marketing, and government affairs, I am a solutions-driven leader who delivers value to my clients and partners in the healthcare, advocacy, and nonprofit sectors. I currently work as the Senior Director of Business Development at Lyons Den Solutions, LLC, a coaching and consulting firm that specializes in event management, communications, and branding for professional organizations and associations. In my role, I oversee the relationships with all pharmaceutical partners and professional organizations on behalf of the board of directors for the healthcare client we serve. I also manage all government affairs and advocacy initiatives, and lead a team to successfully put on a virtual annual conference in 2020, converting funding for an in-person meeting to a virtual environment while maintaining the best experience for the client and enriching the business relationship. Additionally, I am the founder of Dream Chasers Enterprises, a coaching and consulting service for millennial-owned small businesses and startups, where I provide the services, resources, and tools needed to start, grow, and succeed in their ventures. I am passionate about helping others achieve their goals and dreams, and I continuously seek to learn and grow as a professional and as a person. I hold a B.S. in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of South Florida, and I am a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner and Inbound Marketing Specialist. I also have a verified certificate in Prescription Drug Regulation, Cost, and Access from edX.
