About Amy Painter

Twenty years of experience in American Indian and Alaska Native community-based participatory research; project management; and program development, implementation, and evaluation. Provides programmatic and evaluation technical assistance to tribes, tribal organizations, states, and territories. Enjoys working to build the capacity of tribes and tribal communities to develop, implement, evaluate, and improve culturally relevant and effective prevention efforts using peer learning, training, resource development, and consultation. Possesses a BS in Business Administration with a major in Finance from University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a MBA from Wayne State College. Member of the Winnebago Tribe and fancy shawl dancer in the pow-wow circle.
