About Amy Paul

For over 20 years, I have been a marketing professional in the A/E/C industry. My responsibilities have included leading proposal and qualification production, writing, editing, graphic design, creating marketing collateral, tracking sales leads and assisting in business development. I specialize in and am passionate about marketing database design and management. My role as a client relationship management (CRM) database manager has involved the implementation and maintenance of a robust system that tracks project pursuits from sale to project completion, personnel with individual project experience, and written narratives for quick proposal and collateral compilation. I enjoy leveraging the integrity of my data collection processes to provide reporting, dashboards and other decision-making tools to all levels of the company’s operations. I have an M.A. in English and have maintained my Certified Professional Services Marketer (CPSM) designation for 10 years through continued education and every learning opportunity I can find. My passion is finding the most efficient processes for every task, while delivering to the highest standards achievable.
