About Amy Pavlovic
Proudly undertaking the Roads Australia fellowship program for 2024. I loved to draw when I was a kid and with this simple skill I developed a love for design and understanding how things worked by sketching every detail. Studying Architecture at USYD followed by Interior Design at the CATC in The Rocks I began my professional career at a design studio in Redfern. I then embarked on a journey I doubted I could complete, but did it anyway. Civil Engineering. Graduating without ever failing a subject, I surprised myself and continued my professional career as a Road Designer in RMS Southern Region designing with MX, Open Roads and of course, with my pencil and paper! I developed projects in strategic, concept and detail phases each bringing a unique set of challenges. I then took a opportunity to learn from industry experts in Parramatta and worked in the Road Design Review section. Game changer! I learnt so much in my role as a design reviewer and working with an amazing expert team. 2020 was a year of change, with my pencil in hand and instilled curiosity I am grateful to have taken a opportunity to lead an amazing team of civil designers and structural engineers at MU Group as the Design Manager.
