Background

About Amy Phipps

I am a passionate educator and business owner with a strong track record of helping teams grow, building meaningful relationships, and leading with purpose. For more than eight years I have worked in educational leadership, guiding staff, coaching colleagues, and developing programs that meet student needs while surpassing performance goals. I have also used data to drive strategy, improve systems, and ensure that every decision leads to real, measurable results. In addition to my work in education, I have owned and managed my own business where I learned the ins and outs of client acquisition, full-cycle sales, and creating lasting customer relationships through trust and quality service. That experience taught me how to connect with people, think creatively to solve problems, and lead with both vision and follow-through.I thrive where education and business meet. Whether it is designing programs that make a difference, launching new initiatives, or driving growth through innovative strategies, I am motivated by the opportunity to help people succeed and make a lasting impact.
