I’m a people-first HSSE leader with over 20 years of experience helping organizations build safer, healthier, and more resilient workplaces. From clean tech startups to global energy companies, I’ve led teams through rapid growth, high-risk operations, and cultural transformation—always with a focus on enabling people to do their best work, safely. My strength lies in connecting the dots between operational risk, leadership behavior, and frontline realities. I build safety programs that are not only compliant, but practical, scalable, and embedded into how teams work every day. Whether navigating emergency events, developing critical risk programs, or coaching leaders on how to drive safety culture, I believe safety is both a mindset and a shared responsibility. Career highlights include: Leading HSSE at Verdagy, where I launched a full HSSE program, built internal reporting systems, and developed training across departments to support scale-up. Creating and leading Tesla’s first Human & Organizational Performance (HOP) initiative, resulting in global learning networks and digital tools that improved serious injury prevention. Driving safety leadership development and cross-functional improvements at Sila Nanotechnologies during a high-growth phase. Delivering Chevron’s lowest MSD injury rates as Global Ergonomics Lead while managing health and productivity efforts across 17 countries.
