After many years in management of manufacturing at Macfab Metal Products, I decided to make a career change when the owner retired and they closed the doors. I decided manufacturing wasn't what I wanted to continue with. I took a leap and completely changes career paths. I went back to school and am now a RN and Paramedic. It's been an inredibly stressful journey but am so thankful that I did it! Wish I would have done it sooner, but frankly, I'm not sure that I would have given it the appreciation that I do without all of my life's experiences to weigh in on my thoughts, values, and practices.
