About Amy Prose

After practicing Physical Therapy for a number of years with a focus on outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine, I now have the pleasure of sharing my passion for helping people as well as promoting the great benefits Physical Therapy can bring to people through my work at Therapy Partners. Therapy Partners is a management service organization that focuses on independently owned Physical Therapy practices, helping them to grow their businesses and to remain competitive in a market filled with larger ACO systems. We serve the practices and their clinicians by allowing them to focus on treating their patients while we work behind to scenes to ensure excellent billing, health plan relationships, contracting, and business development. My role as the Director of Clinical Quality allows me to work directly with over 130 clinicians and more than 20 practice owners to help with business development, ensure their documentation and clinical compliance is up to date as well as oversee implementation and coordination in project management such as transitioning to a new EMR system, successfully on boarding new practices, working with clinicians to build specialty programs to market to referral sources, and organizing and overseeing the Physical Therapy student clinical rotation and orthopedic residency program. It is through my years in the clinic, working face to face with patients and other health care professionals, and now my management experience, that gives me the unique understanding of the multiple facets of the health care arena. From customer service and documentation to compliance and project management, I truly enjoy the ability to help people improve and succeed towards their goals.
