About Amy Roberts

With over two decades of experience in partnering and strategy, I have consistently delivered transformative partner programs for industry leaders, including Symantec, AvePoint, Metalogix, SkySync, FlowForma, and Jabra. Most recently, I spent four pivotal years in consulting, where I led the charge in Europe in reshaping programs, researching and refining my skills whilst evolving partner ecosystems, and defining partnering strategies for some of the industry’s largest, fastest-growing, and most influential vendors. At the heart of my career is my passion for partner management. Building strong relationships, fostering collaboration, and delivering value through effective partnerships has been the cornerstone of my success. My approach is founded on proven methodologies, strategic alignment with overarching business goals, and of course the important ability to bring predictability to partnering outcomes. Throughout my career, I have designed and implemented EMEA and global enablement and incentive programs, created partner ecosystems from the ground up, and shaped strategies that deliver results. With a focus on innovation, scalability, and strategic execution, I am committed to delivering on partner programs that empower organisations and partners to achieve sustainable growth and mutual success.
