19+ years designing and leading teams. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working at Apple, Google, and now LinkedIn. I've launched zero-to-one work (Apple Store App, Apple Watch), scaled solutions to over a billion global users (Chrome), and just about everything in between. I’m a design nerd through and through. Because of that, I believe creating impactful, high-craft solutions is everyone’s job — not just the UX function’s. From research to product and eng, product marketing, program managers and more, I help digital products find their true north and align teams to get there quickly. I’m passionate about building a culture where people feel supported to do their very best work. I lead by example, sweating the details to ship solutions that are functional and beautiful. I create an inclusive working environment where it’s safe to experiment, ask silly questions, and learn by making.
