About Amy Salyer

I have a bachelor's degree in History from The University of Georgia and a bachelor degree in Social Sciences for Secondary Education from Mississippi University for Women. I currently work as a Regional Trainer at Lincare, a leading provider of home medical equipment. I have been with Lincare since 2015, starting as a customer service representative and moving up to a healthcare manager and then a regional trainer. My core competencies include strategy, new hire training, and quality improvement.As a Regional Trainer, I train staff members on all the CMS related material needed to supply patients with home medical equipment. I also review charts, monitor compliance, and provide feedback and coaching. I have completed numerous training seminars on respiratory therapy equipment, such as nebulizers, oxygen equipment, and non-invasive ventilators. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of professionals who share a common goal of providing excellent patient care. I am passionate about learning new skills and technologies, and I am always looking for opportunities to grow and develop as a trainer and a leader. I believe that I can bring a unique perspective and experience to the organization, as I have a background in both history and education.
