About Amy She

Dr. Amy Cox has a doctorate in Political Science from McGill University (2010) and was the Director of the International Peace and Conflict Resolution Master’s Program at Arcadia University. She has extensive experience with social justice, advocacy and activism. Her wealth of knowledge and experience allows her to facilitate dialogue, design and facilitate workshops, teach conflict transformation skills, perform stakeholder analysis, and analyze conflict. Dr. Cox uses systems thinking to assess problems, pinpoint opportunities for intervention and design simple and straightforward plans to address challenging relationships in communal and institutional settings. She works with clients to c0-create the conditions for people, organizations, and communities to heal themselves and answer their own questions through a lens of diversity, equity and inclusion.
