About Amy Sindall
I came to SIB after working in sales and marketing positions in Baltimore and Washington, DC. My former boss struck up a conversation with a member of SIB’s sales team on a trade show bus in Minneapolis, and mentioned my desire to move to Charleston. Thanks to that lucky encounter, I started at SIB soon afterwards as a Client Setup Associate, and moved to the Client Relations team in July of 2013. I currently lead the Client Relations team with the objective of presenting savings recommendations to our clients, following up to get savings accepted, and ensuring a smooth implementation process. I play a pivotal role as the main point of contact for a subset of SIB’s clients, while helping to answer and address any client questions and concerns.
