About Amy Skinner

I build recruitment engines that hum. My career has taken me from London to Sydney and now Manila, but the work that defines me is what I do today. For the last five years I’ve immersed myself in the Philippines market, helping international companies understand how to hire here, lead here and build teams that perform with longevity. This is the space where I do my best work.I push myself and my team hard because I believe recruitment should be ethical, transparent and commercially sharp. I have led agency teams, built internal hiring functions, shaped employer brands, grown sales pipelines, closed deals and run my own consultancy. I move across sales, operations and delivery with ease because I refuse to sit in a silo. I am strategic, commercial and unafraid to challenge the way things have always been done.Today I lead Staff Domain’s recruitment team, driving a high performing Manila & South Africa based group that delivers outcomes at the standard of top international firms. Alongside that, I am building an ethical challenger brand agency in the Philippines - hireAmpd, proving that offshore hiring should never be an afterthought. I am committed to elevating global talent and reshaping how the world sees recruitment.
