About Amy Spencer

I am an experienced project manager who has worked at legendary record labels - currently at Stones Throw and ex Mute & PIAS. I am a fun, dedicated and passionate person with a creative eye, a good ear and a love for working with incredible artists and their music. My skills include marketing, creative direction, creative writing, project management and leadership, building strong relationships with partners and third parties, working with international markets, having a fantastic understanding of the music media landscape, being up to speed with the ever changing music industry and its new trends, and lots more — many of which I believe to be transferable. I have worked across a wide range of projects over my eight years at labels and alongside this experience, I have spent much of my life studying, writing and performing music, which I believe has given me a deeper understanding of an artist’s perspective and of the music I am working with. I am also a musician, currently making music just with my voice & electronics as Ammonite. Last year my song ARP was used for Dior’s Haute Couture A/W campaign & runway, and I recently signed my publishing to Mute Song. Any other spare time is on sports, especially women’s football… Lionesses obsessed 🤩
