From a young age, I have been drawn to investigating situations and solving problems. There is something incredibly rewarding about piecing together a puzzle, uncovering the truth, and making a meaningful impact—especially when it helps others. With decades of experience in customer service, including seven years in eCommerce at Walmart, I naturally gravitated toward the world of fraud detection and risk management within Walmart Marketplace. My passion for protecting customers and ensuring marketplace integrity led me to a role in vetting potential marketplace sellers. In this capacity, I helped businesses—ranging from small startups to major corporations—navigate the Walmart platform, ensuring they met compliance standards while expanding their reach. Eager to take on new challenges, I transitioned into the Seller Risk team, where I focused on fraud trends and risk mitigation to protect both Walmart and its customers. As a Seller Risk Specialist, I played a key role in fostering a secure and trustworthy eCommerce environment. My expertise in fraud detection, risk assessment, and data-driven decision-making allowed me to develop strategies that safeguarded the marketplace from bad actors. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to enhancing marketplace integrity through fraud investigation, compliance strategies, and cross-functional collaboration. I am now eager to continue my journey in fraud and risk management, further expanding my skills and expertise in this ever-evolving field.
