This is me. I like to be positive even in difficult situations and have natural empathy and compassion. I am lucky enough to have had two careers which enables me to share my passion to support and care for others and inspire and mentor.People say I am people driven as I like others to be the best they can. I like to self learn and push my own boundaries. I have over 20 years Leadership/management experience but also enjoy learning from others Wellbeing is important and I am very passionate about work life balance, protecting and promoting good mental health and checking in on others. I reached burnout myself so I know the importance of looking after yourself. my proudest moment has to be studying at university level. lastly, I've learnt from the best and have had some very motivational and influential leaders in my life who inspired and encouraged me to be me.
