With more than 20 years of experience, Amy Susott provides transformational leadership guidance to C-Suite healthcare executives. She’s passionate about making consumers healthier and happier by helping organizations redesign their operations, driving better quality outcomes and financial performance. Amy previously served as the Chief Innovation Officer at Deaconess Health System and in several other administrative and clinical leadership roles. In these roles, she accomplished a variety of successful system-level initiatives, including the design of a centralized bed placement and five-hospital transfer center. She led a consumer-centric ambulatory scheduling redesign and spearheaded the implementation of innovative transport technology with GMR/AMR and EPIC. As CIO, she developed board-level, action-oriented strategic plans. Her experience developing integrated service line structure and growth plans is grounded by a clinical background and deep understanding of system-level challenges. Amy loves a challenge! She transitioned to Human Resources in the financial industry and has been successful with transforming the culture. Amy applies innovation and methodical discipline to align complex businesses and overcome the analytical, emotional, and actionable stages of change. Today she applies her experience and passion for consumer-focused healthcare, human resources and successful hospital strategy deployment to her role as strategic advisor for Level Ten Healthcare Advisors and CWA Consulting partnering with clients across the country.
