My career has been highlighted by managing projects from start to finish, building strong relationships internally and externally, and excelling in job performance leading to promotions and special assignments. I find it rewarding and exciting to be part of infusing growth and change into an organization. Team environments encouraging collaboration and creativity are where I thrive. Projects I’ve successfully completed include planning events, creating a division from the ground up, implementing processes, onboarding clients, and software implementation. I have excelled in building customer confidence leading to increased business opportunities. As a leader, I believe in coaching and equipping talent so they are set up for success. Some of my other outstanding accomplishments include the following: • Creating a new division by expanding staff from 2 people to a team of 14 and onboarding functions previously outsourced. • Managing talent resulting in 30% of direct reports achieving promotions. • Launching a new company after an organizational split. • Planning from inception to completion high-profile events, including one with a record-breaking attendance of over • Continually refining processes with results in one instance of a 2/3 expense reduction and an 80% reduction in response time to clients in another.
