Amy True, a Realtor since 2010, produces multi million dollar sales annually and is experienced with both residential and commercial properties. She works as both a listing and buying agent and is proficient in aiding clients in difficult situations. She has been successful in helping clients avoid foreclosure by working with lenders and clients during the market decline to successfully aid clients in renegotiation of their mortgages allowing families to remain in their homes and when necessary helped short sale properties to aid in financial relief for struggling families. Amy has extensive knowledge of the local market and works hard to exceed her clients' expectations. She is passionate in her determination to educate and protect her clients during the real estate process. Amy’s education includes university studies in Colorado Springs, CO and Louisville, KY as well as Real Estate Sales Person licensing 2010, Real Estate Broker 2012, Managing Broker Eligible 2016, and Managing Broker 2017.
