About Amy Vesperman

At the core of every successful business lies a commitment to precision, integrity, and strategic insight. My passion for streamlining financial processes and ensuring the highest standards of accuracy drives my dedication to empowering organizations through informed, data-driven decision-making. With extensive experience as an accounting professional, I specialize in financial reporting, leading the general accounting function, and account reconciliation and analysis. My expertise extends to coordinating financial audits, payroll tax filings, and foreign currency transactions. Throughout my career, I've partnered on multiple successful projects. At Packers Sanitation Services, I managed a comprehensive financial reporting package, supported two ERP system conversions, and transitioned Canadian accounting operations in-house. At Lands' End, I orchestrated complex international subsidiary financial processes and partnered with external audit teams to complete multiple state sales and use tax audits simultaneously. I am eager to leverage my skills and experience to foster an environment where precision and teamwork contribute to company success. Whether through leading teams to overcome challenges or moving to best practices, I aim to add value and support organizational success. Each role I've held has strengthened my capacity to add value.
