First and foremost, I am a mother of 2 beautiful children, Brody and Savannah and a partner to my husband Stefan. My family is my true motivation to be better in everything that I do and they are my biggest cheerleaders that keep me focused on achieving my goals. I have a strong passion for helping others reach their true potential and goals. My strengths include: turning complex thoughts into actions, building close relationships with those around me, continuous improvement to learning and growing, I am inclusive in my approach to learning and leading, and I take ownership of my commitments no matter the size or scope. I have a solid background in Adult Learning and Organization Development. I have over 15 years of experience in facilitating Workshops focused around Sales, Enhancing the Customer Experience, Leadership, Coaching as well as Business Consulting. I am a dedicated business partner who thrives on collaborating with key stakeholders to analyze, design, and facilitate performance based learning to all levels of the business in order to achieve business objectives.
