I'm a research technician in the Straathof lab at UCL, working to characterise the solid tumour microenvironment towards developing and validating a novel CAR T-cell therapy for rhabdomyosarcoma, funded by Alice's Arc. Previously, I worked as a research technician for the Centre for Target Validation at the Institute of Cancer Research. I graduated with a MRes in Cancer Biology from Imperial College and a BSc in Neuroscience from the University of Sussex, where I achieved awards from both institutions as the top ranking graduate of the cohort. I've also completed two internships at the University of Sussex as a research assistant outside of my undergraduate degree. I have a passion for immuno-oncology and plan to pursue a career in research.
