As the Senior Vice President of Growth at eXp Realty, I lead with vision, strategy, and heart. I’m honored to support over agents globally, focusing on national expansion, brokerage and team attraction, and high-level collaboration with leaders across the industry. My mission is to drive sustainable growth by developing people, refining systems, and helping leaders scale their businesses while staying rooted in their purpose. My leadership philosophy is anchored in clarity, accountability, and servant leadership. I’ve built and led high-performing teams, developed talent across all levels, and consistently elevated others into leadership roles. I speak regularly at industry events, lead national coaching calls, and support top agents in aligning business strategy with personal goals. I’m also a Certified Success Coach (since 2022), bringing a coaching-based approach to leadership that helps others unlock growth, create impact, and build legacy businesses. Prior to eXp, I served as Team Leader/CEO of a top-performing Keller Williams Market Center in the Greater Charlotte area, following roles as Productivity Coach, Assistant Team Leader, and Associate Leadership Council Member. I’ve mentored hundreds of agents and emerging leaders, helping them navigate shifts, scale teams, and thrive in both sales and leadership. With a degree in Physical Therapy from East Carolina University, my early career laid the foundation for people-first leadership—emphasizing empathy, communication, and care. Those skills continue to serve me as I lead large organizations, coach top producers, and support growth at scale. At the core, I’m driven by the opportunity to develop leaders, create culture, and build businesses that make a difference.
