I am a seasoned learning and development professional with proven expertise in educational program development and training leadership within and outside of the education sector. Recognized for demonstrating a natural aptitude for identifying and addressing organizational needs, as well as for motivating teams through effective mentorship and feedback. I also established a Center of Excellence to train employees in skills such as giving feedback, engaging in crucial conversations, and resolving conflict to build a leadership pipeline and reduce attrition. In addition, I liaise with senior leadership and the newly formed quality assurance department to ensure the company’s employee support structure is driving the organization forward with minimal expenditures by providing employees with professional development initiatives.
