I am a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist with over seven years at Ontario Home Health, where I currently serve as the Clinical Manager overseeing our Respiratory Division—including Oxygen and CPAP services. Since joining in 2017, I’ve been committed to delivering exceptional patient care while driving operational excellence and innovation in the home healthcare space. In my current role, I lead a dynamic clinical team, guide strategic initiatives, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of care and compliance. I’m focused on optimizing clinical workflows, strengthening patient education and engagement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability across the respiratory department. I’m passionate about advancing respiratory care through evidence-based practice, professional development, and cross-disciplinary teamwork. My goal is to lead with purpose and make a measurable impact—both for the patients we serve and the clinicians I support.
