About Amy Wilsdon

Hi there:) I am a recent UBC Food and Nutritional Sciences graduate with knowledge of food product development, food engineering, food chemistry, food analysis, microbiology and nutrition obtained through classroom and laboratory courses. I have gained experience in various industries including plant-based food, government, bioengineering, and airline catering. In these roles, I acquired valuable skills in laboratory work, research, following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and understanding food safety regulations. I hope to utilize my background in food to help companies improve the organoleptic and nutritional quality of their products. As well, I wish to assist individuals in improving their dietary habits and relationships with food.
