I found the restaurant industry in 1997 while putting myself through college. I worked for 2 brothers (Jim & Mike Burns) in their bar & grill and learned a lifetime worth of lessons; both good and bad. At the time, I always thought it was temporary, but in time I fell in love like so many people do. I learned my efficiency and organization from Jim and will forever be grateful for all that he taught me. As time passed and I graduated with a Psychology/Sociology degree in I was still unable to pull away from all that is restaurants. I have moved so many different places and experienced so many wonderful things that would never have been possible without the hospitality industry! Specialties: Efficiency and organization are what I'm best at. I am great at multi-tasking and am a fantastic motivator as well. I see restaurants for all the good things they are, and want to share it with people that want the same type of experiences.
